Mafac Malta description

Mafac ‘s answer on the increasing demand of the industry is the development of a new generation of aqueous cleaning Machines “Malta”  for precision components. A compact machine which can be individually configurated with standard procedures to fulfill the expectations of efficiency and cleanliness.

 

This System can handle different applications and is available as 2 Tank or 3 tank version, for example to remove inorganic contamination’s  such as emulsion, salts, polishing paste and organic contaminations such as oil’s, fat. But as well to remove particular residues like chips, burrs and abrasion. Furthermore aqueous part cleaning is environmental friendly, as water base bio-degradable chemicals can be used, installed filter candles & bags successful remove all kind of contaminations from the cleaning agent and therefore as well from the parts which need to be cleaned.
