EVT Gigant
Gigant for degreasing gigantic work-pieces or throughputs (for example cast iron/hardened goods). Available in all size for the requirements of our customer’s

the Gigantic work chamber for heavy/large and/or high volumes of parts for easy cleaning.
The Gigant is available as front Loader / Top Loader Version, with a online remite maintenance and diagnostics service, data and change can be done on fingertip any where in the world.

Vario is the cleaning & degreasing system which has been developed for the cleaning with all comment solvent processes the Vario is available in 3 Sizes S/ M/L. Suitable for different Baskets like the Schaefer or Euro.
With the Vario S (Small) we manufacturer currently the most inexpensive system for degreasing of very small parts in batch operation.
The combination is value for money with sophisticted process knowhow, safety features and vapourisation protection of the cleaning media.
The Vario is completely flexible about the basket size, basket system and the selection of media.

Cleaning of tube coil’s
winded tubes with a lenght of estimat 3.0km and a internal diameter of less then 1.0 millimeter, proper cleaning need to be performed. EVT have developed a cleaning process where a cleaning media is pressed with 400 bar of pressure through the coils, followed by dryng with nitrogen flashing.
the System combines inside/outside cleaning of the tubes in one system.
