Service Technician

to support our Customers and as well for inhouse repair, we currently looking for a Service technician with an electric or mechatronic Background.

We are looking for skilled person, with the following responsibility:

• read and understand technical wire diagrams and blueprints.
• install, maintain, repair and/or overhaul any of our equipments.
• experience in troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
• perform standard electrical measurements.
• repair and/or replace components of any Equipment.
• Preventive maintenance of Equipment.

following Requirements:

• Completion of electrical apprenticeship.
• Experience working as Electrician.
• High School Diploma.
• Valid Driving License.
• Electician degree from a technical college.
• English /Thai Communication (speaking / writing / listening / reading).
• able to travel Thailand wide/ Oversea if required.

Office Assistant / Document Controller

the person will be responisble:

• to submit our Book keeping to our external accounting partner,
• copy, scan and store document of all files as hard copy in folders and as softcopy on our Network drive.
• issue WHT, issue Issue Invoice,
• scan Purchasing receipts.
• issue WHT, issue Issue Invoice,
• scan Purchasing receipts.
• Create Templates for future use.
• manage all Customer / Employement files following the PDPA requirments.
• prepare folders labels in english / thai as well add a folder registry inside.
• retrieve files as requested by Clients and Employees.

Requirement and skills:

• Proven Work experience as document controller or similar role.
• Familarity with PDPA Rules.
• Hands On experience in Google workspace ( Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Google Drive).
• Data organization skills.
• Attention to details.
• English / Thai Communication ( speaking/listing/writing/reading).

Technical Sales

the Person we are looking for, will be responsible for the Sales of our Industrial Machinery / Equipments ( STA > Centrifuge Separator for cleaning of process liquids for example Oil, Coolants, Emulsions when manufacturing / EVT > degreasing equipment for metal parts / GEO > cleaning equipment for the manufacturing of Wire’s & Cable’s / Elma > ultrasonic cleaning & Steam Cleaning equipment for the precision cleaning) We are looking for a person speak/ reading/writing/understand the following languages thai/english, any other language would be advantage.

She/He will be responsible:

• presenting technical details of our Company’s product and service to customers.
• analyse the current process to understand and improve the production.
• discussing equipments needs and process requirements with the customers and engineers.
• issue quotations and explain the details to the customers.
• Collaborate with our Sales team to understand the customers requirement and provide the necessary sale support.
• After Sales Support helping customers if any problem occure with installed products, internal dicsuss and help to improve process performance and/or machinery.
• if required identify problems, communicate with internal upper management for possible solutions.
• Setting and achiving sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree / Electrician/ Mechatronic.
• at least 2-4 Years of experience in technical Sales.
• good Comonand of English / Thai language spoken/ written / listen/ reading.
• prefered working in SME and able to multi tasking.
• Possesses technical presentation skills.
• Easy personality.
• interpersonal skills.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting.
• driving license Car and Motorbike.
• knowledge in MS-Office and/or Google workspace.
• Experience in CRM will be an advantage.
